National Schools Film Week the world's largest festival for cinema & young people

The programme for National Schools Film Week is developed by teachers for teachers in consultation with the Film Education events team. We are now asking schools to "Have Their Say" and to give us relevant information to aid us in the programming process for 2010.

In many cases we are able to design our events around these parameters, ensuring a positive and helpful experience for everyone involved!

Bookings will go live in September 2010, we will announce dates shortly.

K. Walters, Barry Comprehensive School:
"National Schools Film Week is an excellent opportunity for our students to experience film on the big screen.. As a Film and Media Studies teacher, I welcome every opportunity of free screenings because it supports with work I am doing in the classroom and enables the student's to understand the Film Industry on a larger scale."
